When you book an appointment, sign up for text alerts, or interact with us, we may collect:

• Payment information (processed securely through Square; we do not store full card numbers)
• Feedback and reviews you submit through our website

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Schedule and manage your appointments
• Process payments for services
• Send a single post-service text message inviting you to rate your service experience
• Respond to your feedback and improve our services
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number — in person at checkout, through Square booking, or by submitting our text sign-up form — you may receive a text message from Toupee & Co. after your appointment asking you to rate your service. This post-service feedback request is the only type of text message we send. We do not send marketing, promotional, or sales text messages.

Message frequency is limited to a maximum of one feedback message per customer every 30 days. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely for service feedback.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt back in.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Square, our booking and payment processor, to schedule appointments and process payments
• Twilio, our SMS service provider, solely to deliver text messages (Twilio does not use your data for its own purposes)
• Service providers who help us operate our business, under confidentiality obligations
• Law enforcement or regulators, only when required by law

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including secure storage and limited access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
