Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment, using our website, submitting our text sign-up form, or opting in to receive text messages from Toupee & Co. ("Toupee & Co.," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our Services

Toupee & Co. (formerly Studio 20 by John Scott) is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by John Mawson, who works professionally as John Scott. The studio provides men's hair system services, including hair replacement systems, system maintenance, and haircuts, by appointment at Summit Salon Studios, 3491 E Harmony Rd, Suite 132, Fort Collins, CO 80528.

Appointments and Booking

• Appointments are scheduled through Square Bookings or directly with Toupee & Co.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
• Cancellations should be made as early as possible out of courtesy to other clients.

Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number — in person at checkout, through Square booking, or via our text sign-up form — you consent to receive a text message from Toupee & Co. after your appointment asking you to rate your service. This post-service feedback request is the only type of text message we send.

• Message frequency: Maximum one feedback message per customer every 30 days.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Payment for services is due at the time of service and is processed securely through Square. We do not store your full payment card information.

Feedback and Reviews

Feedback submitted through our website is used to improve our services. By submitting feedback, you grant Toupee & Co. permission to use anonymized or aggregated feedback for internal purposes. We will never publicly share your private feedback comments without your permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Toupee & Co. and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Toupee & Co. provides services on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toupee & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
